Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Discovery Call Consultations

Our discovery call is a 45-minute educational consultation priced at $250. The following policies apply:

• Cancellation with 24+ hours notice: Full refund.
• Cancellation within 24 hours: No refund. You may reschedule once within 30 days at no additional charge.
• No-show: No refund and no reschedule credit.

2. Wellness Consulting Programs

For multi-session wellness consulting programs:

• Before first session: Full refund minus a $50 administrative fee.
• After first session: Prorated refund for unused sessions, minus a $50 administrative fee. Completed sessions are billed at the individual session rate.
• After 50% of sessions completed: No refund for remaining sessions.

3. Digital Products & Courses

Due to the digital nature of these products, all sales of digital courses and downloadable materials are final. No refunds will be issued once access has been granted.

4. Third-Party Products

Products purchased through our affiliate partners (such as Fullscript) are subject to those companies' individual return and refund policies. Kim Wellness is not responsible for processing refunds on third-party purchases.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or cancellation, please contact us at support@drkimwellness.com with your name, the service purchased, and the reason for your request. We will process eligible refunds within 7–10 business days.

6. Payment Plans

If you are enrolled in a payment plan, cancellation does not automatically stop future payments. You must contact us to arrange cancellation of remaining installments. Any sessions already delivered will be billed at the individual session rate.
